Hamirpur News: Case registered against 11 people for religious conversion and gang rape

Hamirpur/Biwar. A girl resident of a village in Biwanar police station area has filed a case of illegal religious conversion and gang rape against 11 people associated with Shuats (complex) and Yashu Tabrical Church. Police have registered the case and started investigation.

The woman, resident of Biwar police station area, told in her complaint that after completing her primary education from Maudaha town, she took admission in Allahabad University for graduation in the year 2005. A woman started studying in the hostel located there along with other girl students. A woman named Rekha Patel was supposed to come and go there. Falling into its trap, she went to Yeshu Tabrical Church, Mayurabad for the first time on November 6, 2005. Where Ivan Das, Rbilal alias Babaji, Imziaz Ahmed, David Philip, Vinod B Lal and Ramakant were already present. After the prayer, he was made to meet Rbilal and Vinod B. Who inspired him to convert to religion. Being influenced by his words, she started going to church often. On 11 November 2005, on the pretext of special prayer, Ranu Prasad stopped him and called him to the guest house of Jahanara Ahmed in Shutas Campus.

Where she was raped by mixing intoxicants in the coal drink. When he regained consciousness, RB Lal was seen naked. When she cried, he started threatening her. Seeing Babaji’s influence, she got scared and kept on obeying. He called her from time to time and kept raping her. After graduation in 2008, she did a diploma in stenography. After which she kept asking to get a job. In 2014, I got a call from Registrar PA Sunil Jaan and called him asking about a job. Where upon her arrival, Imtiaz Ahmed took her hostage and raped her on 20th August. Sunil Jaan and Rekha Patel were present there. Appointed as Stenographer on 11 July 2014. Everyone forcibly got her married to a married young man. Later he was also made to disappear. Told that he also has a daughter. The said people started forcing him to send him to other people to get illegal work done.
Police station incharge Nishikant Rai said that based on the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against Rbilal alias Babaji, Rekha Patel, Imtiaz Ahmed, Ramakant Dubey, Vinod B Lal, Ranu Prasad, Jahanara Ahmed, David Philip, Sunil Jaan and investigation is being done.

First in Prayagraj and then in Hamirpur, the police kept trying
– the victim told that she had been making rounds of the police for a long time for action. Earlier, the police kept stopping in Prayagraj. After this, he came to the village and submitted an application at Biwanar police station, even after this the case was not registered. After this he appealed to the SP and others. After wandering, a case has been registered by Biwanar police.
