FIACONA Advocacy Director Meets Bishop Abraham Mar Paulos

FIACONA’s Advocacy Director, Stanley George, recently held a meaningful meeting with Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos, Bishop of the North America and Canada Diocese of the Mar Thoma Churches.

As a respected leader representing Asian Churches on the World Council of Churches (WCC) Governing Council, Bishop Paulos is a steadfast advocate for peace, justice, and religious freedom. During the meeting, he conveyed his blessings and affirmed the support of the Mar Thoma Churches for FIACONA’s advocacy efforts on behalf of persecuted Christians in India.

Bishop Paulos also extended his warm greetings and best wishes for FIACONA’s upcoming National Silver Jubilee Summit in Philadelphia, October 3–5, 2025.
